These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) govern the sale of disposable puffs and other vape products by Vape444 (the “Seller”) to its customers (the “Customer”) via the website vape444.com.
By placing an order on the Vape444 online store, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these GTCS, together with the Vape444 Privacy Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy.

These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of disposable puffs and other vape products by Vape444 to the Customer. The products sold by Vape444 are intended for lawful use only and must not be used in any way that is contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
2. Vape Products
2.1 Compliance & information
The products sold by Vape444 comply with applicable safety and quality standards. All information provided about the products – including dosage, usage instructions and potential benefits – is for information purposes only and is not medical advice. The Customer is strongly advised to consult a healthcare professional before using any vape product.
2.2 Local law
The Customer is solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the use, possession and import of vape products in their country or region.
3. Orders
3.1 Placing an order
The Customer may place orders on the Vape444 website in accordance with the instructions provided online on vape444.com.
3.2 Accuracy of information
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. The Seller cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information (for example, wrong address or contact details).
3.3 Changes to orders
Any change requested by the Customer after the order has been confirmed is subject to the Seller’s prior approval. In practice, changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise on the website. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout and in the Shipping & Delivery section.
4.2 Payment methods
Payment may be made using the payment methods accepted by Vape444, including but not limited to credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal and bank transfer, or local EU payment methods where available.
4.3 Payment confirmation
A payment receipt is automatically issued for each purchase and is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
4.4 Non-payment
If full payment is not received within ten (10) days, the contract may be considered automatically cancelled by the Seller, without prejudice to any other rights the Seller may have.

5.1 Delivery times
Vape444 offers fast delivery, generally within 24 to 72 hours. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and external circumstances. The Seller cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.

5.2 Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer at the time of delivery as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.
