When can I return?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel, as long as the products are sealed, unused and not damaged.

Who pays return shipping?

Return costs are paid by the customer, except when the issue is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective on arrival, etc.).

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, we will cover all return costs and send a replacement or refund you in full.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives to confirm everything matches your expectations.

  3. Check product condition: items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged.

  5. Processing: once your parcel is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue it after we have received and checked the returned items. Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for your original order (for example Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact or iDEAL).

Defective products or order errors

If a product arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@vape444.com.

  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • Add clear photos or a short video showing the defect or error.
  • Mention any batch / lot number or QR code printed on the packaging, if available.
