What types of products do you offer?

Are all your puffs 2% nicotine?

The vast majority, yes: 2% = 20 mg/ml , is the most common dosage per puff. Some Merry-Mi products go up to 3% , some special series (iMoment Devil 15000, some Merry-Mi/SMOK) are available in 5% , and some Hayati products are 0% for nicotine-free vaping. The exact percentage is always indicated on the product information sheet.

What does 2% correspond to?

2% nicotine is a concentration designed for MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping . It provides a noticeable but not aggressive throat hit , suitable for ex-smokers and users who vape all day without constantly seeking 0.1% or 5% nicotine.

Do you offer nicotine-free puffs?

Yes, particularly on certain Hayati Pro Ultra 15K (0%) series or certain 0% shipments. These products are designed to maintain the puffing motion but without nicotine.

What is a USB-C rechargeable puff?

It's a pre-filled disposable vape with a large reservoir (20 to 30 ml) but a rechargeable battery . You don't refill the liquid; you just recharge the battery to be able to use all the liquid . When the reservoir is empty, the vape is thrown away.

What is the difference between a 9,000 puff and a 30,000 puff?

• A 9,000 puffs camera (e.g., RAndM Tornado 9000, iMoment 9K) is designed for everyday use: reasonable size, good battery life, affordable price.

What is MTL?

MTL (Mouth-To-Lung) = you draw first into your mouth, then inhale. This is the draw closest to smoking a cigarette. Almost all 2% vaporizers are designed for MTL. A slightly tighter draw, measured vapor, concentrated flavor.

What is DTL or RDL?

DTL (Direct-To-Lung) = direct intake into the lungs, more airy, more vapor.
RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) = between the two.
These sensations are most often found on devices with adjustable airflow (JNR Eagle 23K, JNR Shisha Hookah Max 22K, SMOK Spaceman, some Merry-Mi models). By opening the airflow, you go from a tight draw to a more airy one.

What is adjustable airflow?

It's a small adjustment (dial, slider or ring) that allows:

• To close → tighter draw, stronger hit, saves e-liquid
• Opening it up → more vapor, lighter draw
  Very useful if you alternate between fresh drinks, fruit, soda, or if several people use the same puff.

What is a mesh coil?

The mesh coil is a grid-shaped heating element. Unlike a traditional wire coil, the mesh heats up faster and more evenly. Advantages:

• denser vapor
• improved flavor rendering
• There's less risk of dry hits if you draw properly.
  That's why almost all long-lasting puffs (12K, 16K, 20K, 30K…) are made of mesh .

What is dual mesh, triple mesh, quad mesh?

• Dual mesh : 2 mesh coils → heavier vapor, more saturated aroma.
• Triple / quad mesh : 3 or 4 heating zones → very high stability of flavor over time, but also slightly faster consumption if you stay in Turbo mode.
  This can be found on brands like Merry-Mi , Fumot , some JNR , and on puffs with a screen.

Why do some puffs have a Turbo/Normal mode?

Because they are designed as adjustable mini vapes .

• Normal mode → maximum battery life, puffs close to the advertised figure.
• Turbo mode → denser vapor, stronger hit, but fewer puffs.
  Example: Merry-Mi M-Mecha 16K (16K in Normal, ~10K in Turbo), Mecha Pro 35K (35K in Normal, ~25K in Turbo).

40,000 puffs, is that really possible?

Yes, but that's a potential . The actual number of puffs will depend on:

• the duration of your puffs,
• of the chosen power level,
• the level of freshness,
• of the airflow opening.
  The advantage of a model like the SMOK Spaceman SP40000 is that the screen displays what is left: you don't vape "blindly".

Can I refill my puff with e-liquid?

No. The puffs are pre-filled and sealed . The only rechargeable part is the battery (USB-C, sometimes Lightning). If the liquid is empty, the puff should be discarded.

Do you deliver throughout Europe ?

Yes. We deliver to France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, and Spain . Orders are shipped from Europe and arrive in 1 to 3 business days, depending on the country.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number . You can track its progress in real time until delivery.

Can I return a product?

Yes, in the case of a defective product, an incorrect item received , or a change of mind, according to the return conditions. Returns should be sent to our return address in Belgium. Contact us first so we can provide you with the procedure.

What should I do if my puff doesn't work upon receipt?

Contact us with:

• the order number
• a photo / short video
• the model name
  In most cases, we send back or refund without requiring the return of the defective puff (especially if it is an isolated factory defect).

My puff is flashing, is that normal?

If it flashes several times in a row :

• If the battery is empty → recharge via USB-C
• Either the reservoir is empty → the puff is at the end of its life
  If it flashes on first use → contact us.

Why does my puff taste less tasty than it did at the beginning?

Several possible reasons:

• low battery
• Airflow too open
• Taking too many long puffs in a row (the mesh heats up and needs 2-3 seconds to re-absorb)
  Recharge, let it rest for a few seconds, then test again.

Can I order in bulk / B2B?

Do you sell copies?

No. We only offer genuine products sourced from EU distribution channels. The models are checked, the nicotine levels are indicated, and the "5%" series are always marked as such.
